Krystal in Chattanooga

Updated visit. Gave 5 stars previous visits. This last visit was very blunt. Lobby closed at 10. Doors not locked. I did not know, I am wise to krystals being 24 hours. But as customer felt like I made a terrible mistake. I kindly walked out. Went drive threw... and will not return.

I have to Brag about this Krystal location. The manager is soooo extremely sweet and there is also a gentleman that works in the back with locs that made my morning start off great one particular day. I ordered a scrambler and didn’t get to eat it until I got to work 30 mins later and my food was STILL fresh. The manager has a great personality and I just appreciate these types of attitudes toward me as a customer. I made it my business to call the next morning and let them know how grateful I was for such a positive experience!!

Food and service as expected.

Terrible attitude from the guy that was taking orders at the drive thru. The guy pitched a fit and stomped off when I asked him to read back my order. when he listed my order at the intercom and window I had to correct him multiple times. Wish I could say this was the first time I've had bad experiences at this location.

This remodeled/renovated Krystal is now under the management of Leavon Martin, who previously was in the Lee Highway store. This store is now the best run in the chain! My last visit was on July 3, 2019. The food preparation was prefect, service was friendly, and fast, and the store was immaculately clean! This is now my "go to" Krystal!

The food I ordered was fresh & tasty. Not only was the food satisfactory, but the staff was friendly; & the store, as well as the parking lot was BEYOND clean. I'll be back one day soon.

Waited in drive-thru for over 40 mins and get to the window and received a half-hearted "yeah sorry" for my wait. No complementary upgrade to my drink or even an apple pie offer. Very bad customer service.Had to come back and edit this review.After getting home the Krystals I ordered with Bacon two of them were missing bacon pieces, my fries were hard and cold and unsalted. Was a 2 star rating now a 1 star rating.

Always a great late night snack!! Service was awesome!! Very friendly employees!! Food was definitely on point as always!! Krystals came out hot and very fresh!!

Long lines, but food was fresh. and my order was right the first time...Bravo!

The lady on the drive through speaker was very rude with no manners. She tried rushing me to order when I asked for a couple seconds to look over the menu. The cashier/person, man who gave us our food in at the window was also rude and complained about us asking for ketchup and hot sauce. He wanted to charge me for extra condiments sauces. I was very disappointed in the service and will not be returning any more.

Tammy was awesome and went out of her way to make sure my food was hot fresh and perfect.

I've loved Krystal all my life. Brings back good memories

The little burgers were great but the little girl who took my order wasn't very friendly. No thank you or come again, nothing. No interaction with any customer while I was waiting. I think next time I'll just make sliders at home.

These guys have been great ever since their remodel. I wont lie and say that are fast, but, so far, my orders have been correct! I much prefer that than speed.

Glad they have the Nashville Hot and stay open late

Krystal chiks are now cheap chicken pattys not the same quality

Terrible have two drive thrus only one being worked cars backed up for 20 mins

The food is always good, but half of the time when I go here late at night they say the systems are down. Very inconvenient when I drove 10 minutes to get there during my break at work.

Good service with fresh food

10 minutes in the drivethru with no answer on the intercom. Perhaps the line wouldn't be wrapped around the building if they would take more than one order at a time.

I'm so sorry I forgot her name but the lady who took our order was very friendly and made sure our order was correct. The food was delivered fast and was perfect. Thank you for the great service

Before y’all sell the chili cheese fries y’all need to let people know y’all don’t have the regular chili instead of chili with beans this chili is so nasty I threw all my food away

Good food quality. Got the Family feast and we didnt finish it. Accurate order. 10 minute wait with 3 cars was a little slow. Otherwise good.

Good food you get your money worth

On the way back from North Carolina to Alabama we stopped by Krystal's. Totally renovated and updated or brand new location. Very clean inside and out . Food was hot and the host, Trinity, was very polite.

This is the SLOWEST FAST FOOD establishment I've ever been to in my LIFE. If you're looking for a quick bite...late night...do NOT stop here. You WILL be waiting in line for 30-45 minutes on KRYSTALS.....nothing takes that long.... absolutely RIDICULOUS. Then not to mention they're 24 hours. Maybe y'all should consider closing at 12 if y'all cannot run smoothly as a 24 hour restaurant.

Service in the morning is veeerryy slow. But! The food is good.

One of the cleanest crystals I've been in. Super fresh food, there is a little wait and if you like the steamy gooey buns they have them. The double Krystal with cheese was wonderful!

They were quick, there was enough food to get full, for not a lot of$$$! Every item we ordered was in the bag!!!

Yall were awesome. I totally didn't realize the biscuit sandwiches were as big as they were and I ordered 14 for me and my kids. Yall were quick in making them so and extremely nice when I was making my order when my kids were taking they're time in figuring out what they wanted. Even made suggestions so whoever ran the window taking orders on 04/23 around 8 or 9 this morning, girl you're awesome. Amazing customer service. Gonna bring the hubby next time I'm passing through.

Great service hot food

Not happy at all. This is on 5/23/20 at 10:50pm. Waited at the drivethru speaker for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Workers were not friendly at all. The one taking the order had a attitude. Very slow service. Waited in the drivethru for around 25 minutes before getting the food. They waited until I got to the window to make my drink and gather my food. I had to shake the strawberry lemonade myself. Then I discovered they left something out of my order. I don’t think I will come back to this location.

I went through the drive thru, the service was decent.

I work weird shifts so I come here when I get off quite frequently. Great service with a good staff. Never had a problem other than not getting a straw one day for my drink. Haha. No biggie!

Have attempted to eat here on several occasions but the system always seems to be down ! Hard to eat with a system that's never up & running

You never go wrong with a cheese Krystal extra onion and pickle.

Although it's a great little joint for a quick bite to eat. And you do get quite a bit of food for the price the only thing I see is that your paying mainly for bread than anything else. However even with that the food is still pretty good.

I ordered the all you can eat for 7.99 . I received hot and fresh delicious food . This restraunt was clean and had friendly staff. I recommend and would visit again.

Haven't had Krystal in years was so happy it's still great!!!
