Yes, any franchise/corporate fast food restaurant, or sit-down restaurant just like any other job has a dress code of some kind. In most fast food places you are provided a shirt inconnection to the location / restaurant you are working at, and generally required to wear black pants, and non-slip / tread safe shoes. Of course different restaurants in different locations will vary. But being clean presentable and looking professional is always mandatory.
